The Digital Empowerment Forum serves as a national platform that brings together technical associations, government entities, donors, and solution providers under one roof to address coordination and funding gaps, define digital investment priorities, and transform initiatives into implementable institutional capabilities.
The forum is grounded in a growing local reality, with around 100 technical non-profit entities in the Kingdom, reinforcing the need for networking and integration among relevant stakeholders.
The forum will be held over two days, 26–27 January 2026, in Riyadh, and will include sessions, workshops, and practical outcomes such as recommendations and the signing of partnerships that support sustainable digital transformation.
